Kalvus

Terms of Service

Effective date: July 13, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Kalvus app. By creating an account or using Kalvus you agree to them.

1. The service

Kalvus provides AI-generated analysis of facial photos, including scores, comparisons, and improvement suggestions. Results are estimates produced by automated systems and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes.

2. Not medical advice

Kalvus is not a medical device and provides no medical, dermatological, or psychological advice. Suggestions are general self-improvement information. Consult a qualified professional before making health-related decisions. Do not use Kalvus if appearance-related content may negatively affect your wellbeing.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of information you provide. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.

4. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription (weekly or yearly), billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

5. Acceptable use

• Only scan your own face, or that of someone who has given you their consent.
• Do not use Kalvus to harass, rate, or demean others.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the service.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to your photos. You grant us the limited license needed to process them solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Kalvus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
